Exchange and return policy

Our valued customers can exchange or return their purchases within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the date of receiving the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1) The goods to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition, displayable, with their packaging and tags, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

2) The goods to be replaced or returned do not conform to standard specifications or have a defect or flaw that was not apparent upon purchase.

3) Perfumes must be returned unopened and unused, with any packaging intact.

4) Oud oil, incense and their derivatives are not returned or exchanged.

General terms and conditions for return and exchange:

Exchange and return are not allowed during the offer period if the products were purchased before the offer period.
The buyer shall bear the costs of return, shipping, delivery and any other costs incurred in returning the product to the company. In the event of a return, the value of the goods will be refunded in the same manner in which payment was made.
